Cease Fire: A Call to Action
I was on a live by Joshua Giles when he issued this statement "The body of Christ must rise and command a CEASE FIRE in the Spirit. To command warfare to stop and to declare a reprieve from the chaos". This fell into alignment with what I was hearing in the Spirit.
While others sit idly by whether from complacency, ignorance of the power they possess, blatant disobedience to the call of action or from being misled or deceived - that is not our charge. The marching orders have been issued. The Spirit of the Lord says, "Watchmen, Intercessors arise and get on your post". We possess the power to invoke change in the Earth.
Don't grow discouraged if others don't see what you see. Don't get upset if they think you're crazy - they did the same thing to Noah. Stand on the prophecy the Lord has spoken to you. If He spoke it, it shall come to past. Don't allow the enemy to pluck from your grip the promises and prophecies of God concerning your future and the future of this nation.
I heard the Spirit of the Lord say "I am Rectifying". When I looked up its definition it read, "to put right, correct"; "to purify or refine by repeated or continuous distillation." Unfamiliar with the word distillation, I then looked up its meaning, which read, "the extraction of the essential meaning or most important aspects of something", with synonyms such as: "refining", "pressing", "squeezing", "extracting" and "drawing out".
This connected the dots regarding the current turbulent times of chaos and disruption and explained them as a purge, purification and a making right; returning things to its original design and ordination.
- The only way to draw out impurities in gold is to expose it to extreme heat.
- To separate the chaff from the grain (wheat) it has to be sifted.
- To convert a lump of coal to a diamond it must endure extreme pressure.
"So has this Earth undergone such things" says the Lord. But it is to draw out the Remnant, to stir them to act and to invoke heavenly change here on Earth according to the Word of God.
I have been stuck on the analogy of tilling soil. This process loosens the soil, breaks it up. And to prepare for sowing of seeds, you also have to ensure there aren't any parasites present in the soil that would eat or destroy that which is being planted. So after tilling, it has to be cultivated. This removes weeds and debris, leaving it in the best condition for sowing to ensure fertilization happens.
In the same way we must undergo tilling and cultivating in the Spirit and natural.
Spiritually
Allow the Holy Spirit to do the internal work that makes our hearts pliable. The uprooting of characteristics that taints our resemblance of Christ. This is done through consecration and sanctification.
Physically
Ridding self of bad connections, relationships, even habits that keeps us INFERTILE AND UNPRODUCTIVE.
This makes for fertile ground. It makes it easy for the revelation of the Holy Spirit, the Word of God to take root, producing fruit spiritually and physically.
Its all essential to the process of bearing good fruit.
So, be grateful because God is turning our mourning into dancing. Don't give way to pity, sadness, and depression. But, pray and praise for change in on the horizon.
There is great purpose to chaos and pain. And even God has the power to use evil for His glory!!!! So we will rejoice in spite of !
And stand guard on our assigned posts and declare the gates of hell will not prevail. In Jesus Name. And know that whatever we see in the natural was birth in the spirit realm first. So, this is why our weapons are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds (2 Corinthians 10:4). But the Passion translations sends it home:
"For although we live in the natural realm, we don't wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide"
And the Message reads:
"The world is unprincipled. It's dog-eat-dog out there! The world doesn't fight fair. But we don't live or fight our battles that way - never have and never will. The tools of our trade aren't for marketing or manipulation, but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture. We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ. Our tools are ready at hand for clearing the ground of ever obstruction and building lives of obedience into maturity."
